Projects
Things I've built for myself that made it out of the lab.
shotsync
Your own cross-device image and text pool, self-hosted on Cloudflare's free tier. Drop a screenshot on one device, pick it up on another — hours later, on a different network, with the first device asleep. Live demo, no install.
day-monitor
macOS menu-bar app that answers what you were doing, not which app was open. Two hours in an editor comes back as "wrote a React component", "chased an API error" — activity-level, comparable across apps, written up as a daily report. Runs locally.
screen-coach
macOS English reading coach. Frame any region of your screen and get a translation, a clause-by-clause breakdown, and usage notes in a floating window — for people who know the words but not the sentence.
食灵 Shiling
A text-and-image life-sim set in the Shan Hai Jing. You are born a fox cub, eat essence to grow organs, and take one of four routes to transcendence. Each death writes your life up as a chronicle. Playable in the browser.
夜潮 Nightide
A symmetric auto-battler in the browser: both sides get identical rules and no hidden information, so the outcome is judgement, nothing else.
yixi
Breathe for ten seconds before a distracting app opens. A self-hosted stand-in for One Sec, built as a web page instead of an iPhone app, running on Cloudflare's free tier.
beacon
Growth engine for side projects. Tracks GitHub traffic and stars, per-channel post metrics, and site visits in one dashboard, and attributes traffic by referrer so you can tell which channel actually worked.
